Breathe in.

Breathe out.

In this moment you are fine. You are alive. Your children are alive. It’s a new day.

My car was towed. Right before school!? This was not in my budget! Ugh, I’m pissed!

What am I going to do!? Who am I going to call? What about school? What about work? I can’t call in!!

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Ok. Let’s calm down. Let’s think for a second. Reset.

Let me text them and call her. Ugh, I hate to be a burden… Wait, no. Reset.

Although inconvenient maybe you avoided a bad traffic jam or a bad accident.

This might not have been in your budget but at least you have the funds and don’t have to borrow it.

It could be worse but I accept ownership of my mistake of not registering to park on time.

Your friend is willing to pick you up to get your car. Thank goodness!

The fee was cheaper than you thought. Somewhat good news. Keep going… reset.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

I’ve paid my dues, I have my car!

Slight adjustment to the flow of life but it’s doing just that, flowing. With it I must go.

I can’t get those hours back this morning but I still have more hours to enjoy.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

The sun is shining and it is yet still a beautiful & good day. Reset.

Today will be a good day.

Peace & love 💜 -Key
